Tridimensional Toroidal-Core transformers

The body of S13 tridimensional toroidal-core power transformers is in the shape of triangular prism with tensile rods set up in the middle and around, which is insulated from upper and lower iron yoke and could form a unity with laminated boards. Thus it can firmly resist axial and radial mechanical stress when sudden short circuit happens. According to National Standard GB/T6451 “Specification and technical requirements for three-phase oil-immersed power transformers”, the no-load loss of S13 tridimensional toroidal-core power transformers of 30-1600kVA has averagely decreased 50%. At present the S13 tridimensional toroidal-core transformers implement the following standards: GB/T25438 “Specification and technical requirements for three-phase oil-immersed tridimensional toroidal-core distribution transformers” and GB/T20052 “Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for three-phase distribution transformers”. Due to the characteristics of high quality of toroidal core and winding production, the no-load current of S13 tridimensional toroidal-core power transformers has averagely decreased 75%. The S13 energy-saving transformers of the corporation can save 15% to 30% of energy comprehensively, compared with ordinary transformers. At the same time, the S13 transformers are innovatively designed to be theft proof and suitable for countryside power system. Meanwhile, the transformers are more stable and have 5 to 8 years longer life span and 15Db less noise than ordinary transformers according to JB/T10088 noise standard.
